Apparently…

Apparently, unless I’m in my permanent home, with a wireless internet connection, and actually in my bed, I can’t blog.

I have those things now. Maybe I’ll blog.

Maybe I’ll just go to sleep instead.

Is it me?

I know it’s been awhile. You’re probably asking yourself some hard questions. Let me go ahead and address some things so that we’re all clear here:

You: Amanda, you haven’t blogged in so long. What’s going on? Are you mad at me?

Me: Sweet Reader, no. Don’t even think that. It’s simply that lately my routine has been interupted and I just haven’t had the time to devote to posting.

You: Well, did I do something wrong? Should I be doing something differently?

Me: You’re doing everything just fine. Sometimes people change, or go through stages, where we need some space. You just keep doing what you’re doing. I’ll come around.

You: I just feel like we’re so distant. Everything used to be so good and now, I just don’t know what to think.

Me: Oh Reader, just give me time…

… it’s not you, it’s me…

…

But seriously, not too much to report from the nomadic side of things. Here are a few highlights:

We’re pretty sure Will actually thinks Batman’s a pig. He’s never seen a real pig, only knows them by the noises they make and since Batman’s a bit of a snort-er, Will’s convinced he’s a pig.

It’s fun living with the kiddos. I get lots of sugar (not the processed kind, the kind that coms from a 2 year old.) I get to enjoy a lot of tickle time and play a lot of trains.

Barry and Charity are great roommates. I’ve enjoyed the extra time with them just to talk and hang out together. I might even be learning a thing or 2…

I’m doing okay with living out of a suitcase. It’s certainly not ideal but it’s not wearing me out yet. I’ll be glad to move in this weekend but I can handle this setup for a few more days.

I’ll try to make sure something interesting happens for me this week so I can tell you a good story.  =)
